If something is not right, we will make it right.
- Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
- Wrong, faulty or damaged watches are replaced free of charge.
- Unworn watches with all tags, film and the box can be returned for a refund.
- Straps that were sized or watches with engraving cannot be returned.
